Self-service ECU tool

Checksum — fix your ECU file’s checksum before flashing

Upload your binary, we verify and correct its checksum for the detected ECU family, and you download a file ready to write. One flat credit per file.

70 ECU families supported

How it works

Step 1

Upload your ECU file

Drop your original or modified read (.bin, .ori, .mod, .bdm, .boot, .hex) — no ECU selection needed.

Step 2

Checksum computed & corrected

The checksum of your file is verified and corrected for the detected ECU family — pay per job with credits.

Step 3

Download the fixed file

Get your file back ready to flash — the corrected checksum prevents start-block and verification errors.

FAQ

What is a checksum correction?
ECU software includes checksums that the vehicle verifies at boot and during flash. When a file is modified (tuning, deletes), the checksum must be recalculated or the ECU may refuse to start or reject the write. This service computes and applies the correct checksum for your ECU family.
Which ECUs are supported?
The coverage list on this page is live: it shows every ECU family our checksum engine currently supports, generated from the production catalog. Coverage grows as new modules are released — if your ECU is not listed yet, check back soon.
How much does a checksum cost?
A flat 1 credit per file — see the pricing block for the current euro equivalent. Credits never expire.
Do I still need a checksum if my flash tool computes it?
Many tools already correct the checksum while writing — if yours does, you don't need this service. It is useful when your tool doesn't cover your ECU family, or when you want to verify a file before writing.
