Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using EcuFilesLab ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

EcuFilesLab is a professional ECU file processing platform that provides:

  • Automated ECU file modification services
  • Manual ECU tuning services by expert engineers
  • Credit-based payment system
  • Instant file delivery and validation

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. You must be a professional tuner or have legitimate automotive tuning needs.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You agree to receive service-related communications
  • You are liable for activities under your account

Credits and Payments

Credit Purchase

Credits are purchased in packages and can be used for any available service. 1 Credit = €10.

Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: If a processed ECU file does not function properly or is corrupted, you will receive a full refund in credits. Credits can only be refunded as credits, not in euros or other currencies.

  • Refunds are only available for non-functioning files
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of processing
  • Refunds are issued as credits to your account
  • No cash or euro refunds are provided

Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

ECU File Processing

File Upload

You warrant that you have the legal right to modify and use the ECU files you upload to our service.

Processing Results

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% compatibility with all ECU versions. Results are provided "as is" with the warranty described in the refund policy.

File Storage

Original and processed files are stored, but you are responsible for downloading your files and backup them.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service for:

  • Illegal activities or vehicles
  • Modifications that violate emissions regulations
  • Modifications that compromise vehicle safety
  • Reselling our processed files without permission
  • Reverse engineering our processing algorithms
  • Uploading malicious files or viruses

Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by EcuFilesLab and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your original ECU files.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all ECU types
  • Specific performance outcomes
  • Vehicle performance or emissions compliance

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EcuFilesLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to all files and credits.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
